Homeowners observed giant hailstones as large as 7cm in some areas. Meteorological experts confirmed that multiple regions across the state had been impacted by significant hail.

Rescue organizations responded to over five hundred emergency reports across the area, mainly for structural issues but also for collapsed vegetation and water accumulation.
